God does not discriminate against your gender, or against your race, or against your age, so why should we? Yet it seems that self appointed “theologians” have decided that women should not pastor. Who decides? Certainly the opinions of others that contrary to my own have not kept me from doing what God has called me to do. I pastor a church and I am a woman. Does my gender invalidate my calling? Or my qualifications? I think not. Let’s keep it in perspective, neither Jew nor Greek, neither bond nor free, neither male nor female.

I agree. Both men and women have unique gifts to offer. I am behind you 100% !
God called both men and women in the Bible to lead. Remember Deborah, remember Esther, remember the women who followed Jesus, etc.
